On Sept. 25, 340 registered nurses across the SSM Health St. Mary's and Dean clinic system voted to join SEIU Wisconsin. This victory expands on our historic win at St. Mary's Hospital in June.

We share a vision of a supportive, collaborative workplace where our expertise, experience, and service are respected. When we join together with a united voice, nurses secure our seat at the table with administration to bargain for better working conditions and to guide decisions that impact nursing jobs and patient care. Together in our union, we’ll raise standards across the SSM health system in Madison.
